Bob Simpson was employed by Great American Insurance for ten years. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Premier Lease and Loan Division where he managed the captive agency and directed the key client managers.

Prior to this, Mr. Simpson was Senior Vice President of Answer Financial’s Affinity Group division, President of Zurich Financial Services Recreational Products division, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Household International.

Mr. Simpson began his insurance career as a Region Manager with Progressive Insurance. His 21 years experience in the insurance services industry has given him unique expertise in developing creative risk management solutions for lenders.

Mr. Simpson received his Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ursinus College.

David Pendery was a partner in Neary & Pendery Financial for the past seven years. Neary & Pendery Financial provided sales and consulting services for the five largest customers of Premier Lease and Loan Services, a division of Great American Insurance.

In 1991, Mr. Pendery was one of the founders of Premier Lease and Loan Services, now a division of Great American Insurance Company. He had responsibility for sales and service dealing primarily with automobile manufacturers’ captive finance companies.

Prior to this, Mr. Pendery was a Vice President at Progressive Insurance. He served as a Region Manager in the Financial Services Division for eleven years.

Mr. Pendery received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

David Neary was a partner in Neary & Pendery Financial for the past seven years. Neary & Pendery Financial provided sales and consulting services for the five largest customers of Premier Lease and Loan Services, a division of Great American Insurance Company.

In 1991, Mr. Neary was one of the founders of Great American Lender Services, which later became Premier Lease and Loan Services. Premier Lease and Loan Services is now a division of Great American Insurance Company. He managed the captive agency sales organization and was responsible for specific bank and finance company customers.

Prior to this, Mr. Neary was a Vice President at Progressive Insurance. He held the position of Region Manager in the Financial Services Division for over nine years.

Mr. Neary received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Kirk Saunders was employed by Great American Insurance for nine and a half years as Vice President of Sales for the Premier Lease and Loan Division where he specialized in services and products for the leasing and lending industries.

Prior to this, Mr. Saunders was Vice President of Indirect Lending for Bank of America for several years, directing auto finance sales for three Southeastern States.

Mr. Saunders began his insurance career in 1983 with State National Insurance Company. He quickly advanced through the company to the position of Region Vice President. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance services industry focused on providing risk management and revenue generating solutions to the lending industry.

Mr. Saunders received his Bachelor of Business degree from Texas Tech University.
